   Phase 9 concluded with the test :need:`TEST_107_001` and a review of :ref:`FSD114`.
   The proper inputs to FSD114 are unclear from 61508 for a product that is part of an EUC,
   but it is deemed reasonable that the market requirements (:ref:`FSD010`) and risk analsysis (:ref:`FSD011`)
   are sufficient inputs for this phase for a product of this type.
