   Phase 10.2 concluded with performing the test :need:`TEST_107_200`.

   The safety validation planning consisted of writing the test specifications
   for all design requirements, and reviewing these against the market requirements
   and safety requirements.

   See :ref:`FSD116`.

   Using Sphinx for linking the requirements to test reports gave a clear overview
   of which requirements were covered by which tests and which were not, which
   made it easy to identify the gaps in the test coverage.
