Phase 10.5 concluded with performing the tests: The requirements which affect the safety manual are clearly tagged as “manual” requirements, and have all been verified to be satisfied by corresponding chapters in the safety manual. Some clarifications were also made to the manual to better explain common user errors that have been observed in the real world during the time the product has been in use in applications. These changes are documented in the revision history of the safety manual. |
